About Us

My name is Pierre Kallmyr, and I am the founder of MLC Property & Building Mallorca.

I am a family man with more than 20 years of practical and technical experience in the construction and property sectors. Over the years, I have worked on various types of projects in Sweden, Norway and other parts of Europe, including Mallorca.

My practical experience has been complemented by training and certifications in areas including construction technology, property inspections, damage investigations, Construction legal advisory, property management, fire protection and safety.

MLC Property & Building Mallorca is built on using this combined experience to assist property owners and other clients through practical and technical advice, clear communication, personal commitment and a respectful approach.

In addition to my work in the construction and property sectors, I am also an author and songwriter. I am passionate about personal development, human values, relationships and the way we communicate with and treat one another.

Mein Name ist Pierre Kallmyr und ich bin der Gründer von MLC Property & Building Mallorca.

Ich bin Familienvater und verfüge über mehr als 20 Jahre praktische und technische Erfahrung in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich an unterschiedlichen Projekten in Schweden, Norwegen und anderen Teilen Europas, einschließlich Mallorca, gearbeitet.

Meine praktische Erfahrung wurde durch Ausbildungen und Zertifizierungen in Bereichen wie Bautechnik, Immobilien- und Gebäudeinspektionen, Schadensuntersuchungen, Rechtsberatung im Bauwesen, Immobilienverwaltung sowie Brand- und Sicherheitsschutz ergänzt.

MLC Property & Building Mallorca basiert darauf, diese umfassende Erfahrung zu nutzen, um Immobilieneigentümer und andere Kunden durch praktische und technische Beratung, klare Kommunikation, persönliches Engagement und einen respektvollen Umgang zu unterstützen.

Neben meiner Tätigkeit in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche bin ich auch Autor und Songwriter. Persönliche Entwicklung, menschliche Werte, Beziehungen sowie die Art und Weise, wie wir miteinander kommunizieren und einander behandeln, liegen mir besonders am Herzen.
