I am the founder of MLC Property & Building Mallorca and have more than 20 years of practical and technical experience in the construction and property sector in Sweden, Norway and other parts of Europe, including Mallorca.

My professional experience has been complemented by training and certifications in areas including building technology, property inspections, damage assessment, construction and contract law, property management, as well as fire and safety.

Through MLC Property & Building Mallorca, I support property owners and clients with technical advice, clear communication and personal commitment.

Lorentzo is responsible for sales and client coordination within AEGIR and plays an important role in building strong relationships with both clients and business partners.

With personal commitment, strong communication skills and a natural focus on service, he helps ensure a professional and trustworthy experience throughout the entire process.

Lorentzo works closely with clients, the sales team and technical resources to ensure clear information, smooth coordination and a high level of service from the first contact through to implementation.
